Our Beginning

Three Little Birds Distillery

Where Family Is The Inspiration!

Three Little Birds Distillery started as an idea between a husband and wife in 2019. In 2021 the construction of their Macungie, PA location began. Named after their three kids, Three Little Birds Distillery opened its doors in 2022 in a 115-year-old barn. After growing sister company Hop Hill Brewing owner Gregory Smith continued on his business path starting the distillery. Focusing on the use of high-quality ingredients Three Little Birds Distillery will produce a variety of spirits including whiskies, vodka, rum, gin, brandy, and moonshines.
      The barn was once used as a livestock auction facility, a party rental space, storage for the old Willow restaurant, and finally what we now call home. With approximately 1700 sq ft of indoor seating and a 3000 sq ft attached deck. The deck overlooks approximately 1.5 acres of green space next to the Little Lehigh Creek.

Distilled in a single distillery using a pot still distillation process and made from a mash of malted barley



Separating the components or substances from a liquid mixture by using selective boiling and condensation



Combining a mix of ground grains – typically malted barley with supplementary grains such as corn, sorghum, rye, or wheat



Storing distilled spirits in barrels for a specified period of time
